2. Services

DynaNowro offers custom development, design templates, and management of dynamic content for digital channels. Services are delivered as described in the order confirmation.

3. Info Products

We sell digital guides, tutorials, and video courses. Once purchased, electronic access is granted immediately, and no withdrawal is possible after delivery.

4. Goods

We supply branded merchandise, resource media, or printed manuals. Products are shipped to the buyer address provided during purchase.

5. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

• Services: You may request a schedule change at least 48 hours before the agreed time. One reschedule is free. Late changes may incur a fee. Work that has commenced is not eligible for reimbursement as resources have already been allocated.

• Info Products: All sales of digital materials are final. No reimbursement is offered once full access is provided.

• Goods: Items in original condition may be eligible for reimbursement within 30 calendar days of delivery. To initiate a request, use our Contact Form. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original payment channel within seven business days.

6. Modifications

DynaNowro may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will appear on DynaNowro.best with a new effective date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent allowed by applicable law, DynaNowro disclaims all warranties. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service, info product, or goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
